Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

1.1. These Delivery Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the delivery of all podium products (“Products”) purchased from Podium Pros Inc. (“Company”).

1.2. By purchasing Products, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Order Processing

2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

3. Delivery Timeframe

3.1. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.

3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the Customer’s location, the availability of the Products, and any unforeseen circumstances.

3.3. The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs

4.1. The Company offers various shipping methods, which are detailed at checkout.

4.2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, shipping method chosen, and the weight and dimensions of the Products.

4.3. Any additional charges such as taxes, customs duties, or other fees are the responsibility of the Customer.

5. Delivery Address

5.1. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

5.2. The Company will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for any additional delivery costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Delivery Confirmation

6.1. Upon dispatch of the Products, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

6.2. The Customer can track the status of their delivery using the tracking number provided.

7. Receipt of Products

7.1. The Customer or an authorized representative must be available to receive the delivery.

7.2. Upon receipt, the Customer should inspect the Products for any visible damage upon delivery.  Customer may refuse the shipment from the carrier if it is visibly damaged.  If damage is discovered upon opening the packaging, the Customer must take photos and report any issues to the Company within one (1) business day. 

8. Risk and Ownership

8.1. Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

8.2. Ownership of the Products passes to the Customer once full payment has been received by the Company.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

9.1. If the delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of the Customer or incorrect delivery details, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

9.2. The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for any additional delivery costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts.

10. Returns and Exchanges

10.1. The Company’s return and exchange policy applies to all Products. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delivery of the Products.

11.2. The Company’s total liability for any claim related to the delivery of the Products is limited to the purchase price of the Products.

12. Changes to Delivery Terms

12.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

12.2. Any changes to the Terms will be effective for orders placed after the date of the change.
